Yes, we are aware that the 25th Navajo Nation Council announced the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to review the Navajo Nation Executive Branch’s contracting activities. Although NCC is not under investigation, NCC is referenced as having a subcontract with the Navajo Nation. NCC respects this process and will cooperate fully with any lawful review.
