The POL Home Loan Program has been established to increase or preserve the number of safe, decent, and affordable homes for Laguna tribal members and to utilize homeownership as one strategy specifically for those Pueblo tribal members who do not qualify for low-rent or other programs offered by the Pueblo.

Homes must be within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Pueblo of Laguna and other areas as may be deemed appropriate by the Pueblo of Laguna Council. Homes must serve as the primary residence and loan proceeds may be used for the purchase of new or existing homes. Loans are also available for major home repairs, rehabilitation, or expansion when necessary to address health and safety requirements or overcrowding. Valid homesite lease and utilities required.
