Ms. McCollum joined NCC after previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a private equity based mortgage lender where she managed investor relations for over 450 limited partners. Prior to that she served as Controller and Interim CFO for the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians. Additional industry experience includes work across diverse industry sectors. Her core competencies include financial reporting, planning, and analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, project management, process efficiency evaluation, risk management, strategic planning, leadership, team development, grant management, cost accounting, and internal controls. She is passionate about creating value for her employer and its stakeholders by ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and compliance. Ms. McCollum earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy and is preparing for examinations to become a Certified Management Accountant and thereafter a Certified Public Accountant.
