The home repair forgivable loan program is available now to Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado
homeowners. We are waiting for residential mortgage loan licensing approval from the state of
Utah. We anticipate that we will be able to offer this program to Utah homeowners by mid-April.
Because this is a very popular program, a dedicated Project Manager and Loan Processor will
be handling the backlog of applications already received for this program. It will take us 90 to
120 days from the application date to decision these applications. Because this program
requires contractor quotes and verification of a contractor’s licensing credentials, it’s a little more
time consuming to fully process an application.
