It certainly is now possible to receive an approval decision within 60 days if you submit a complete application with all requested documents unless you’re applying for Home Repair assistance. At the moment, Home Repair approvals are taking longer (90-120 days).

Admittedly, it has taken us, on average, about 90 days to decision for most applications which were submitted prior to January 2025. Since accepting the first round of applications back in late 2024, we’ve developed and refined our internal application processing systems. These improvements will now allow us to process applications faster.
